In search of the top 100 Dyslexia FAQs. Can you help?

Do you remember Cigdem Knebel's recent post on the 5 Steps To Boost A Young Dyslexic's Self-Confidence?  Cigdem is a mother of a 6 year old son and has written books on helping young ones with literacy.
She is now looking to write a book about the top 100 frequently asked questions about dyslexia and is looking to provide the answers in a new free resource coming out soon.  But she needs our help!  Can you complete her list?
